Are my CLUB BLUE Volleyball contributions tax deductible?
Club Blue is a collective incorporated to support the name, image, and likeness efforts at the University of Kentucky. Club Blue is not a 501(c)(3) organization. Therefore, contributions and membership fees to Club Blue are not considered charitable contributions for tax purposes. In many cases, businesses that maintain a subscription with Club Blue and utilize the benefits of that subscription to promote their business may treat the subscription fee as a business expense.
